Merry one: In next eps.preview, I think Adrian is referring to Ray when he says he was there that night , he was the one I Saw. I think that is what Linden is not best pleased about....probably wrong, I know. You may be right mamaire. But I think either scenario incriminates Ray.

This years casino (Season 2) is going to be the prison. In the preview for Episode 10 we see Holder wandering through the prison's potters field. Hardly ever does someone visit a potters field, as they're graveyards for people who die in prison and no one stepped up to claim the body. What a perfect place to bury someone you don't want found. Dig down four or five feet (or until you hit the prisoner's wooden coffin), toss in a dead person, fill the hole back up and you basically made the victim disappeared off the face of the earth. I believe most potters fields are located outside of the prison walls, and there wouldn't be a reason to patrol it, so anyone could access it. Could Holder find the owner's of the 4 rings buried in potters field? Maybe he sees a disturbed grave, or worse yet, a small piece of a red biobag sticking up from the ground. That's enough to bring in a backhoe and start opening up graves.

Good questions raised about the intrigue of the potters field. As Holder ventures forth, could he also find a ring with a blue stone? Hope not! The proximity of the abandoned potters field to the prison could well carry implications for our prison personnel. Specifically, for their extracurricular late night activity... poppy, I also wonder if the gaudy blue ring will aid Holder's search for a needle in a haystack, especially after seeing the large photo of it next to the pics of all of the victims. It may be the one souvenir The Killer was willing to forfeit. If the potters field is a second dump site, it may further speak, in addition to the biohazard bags, to The Killer's regard for his victims.

What Poppy says remains unknown. Three attempts to respond to Mizpatti. Three strikes, I'm out.
Going back to the dugout now, mumbling that I wanted to commend MizPatti's mention of the intrigue of the potters field and of Holder's venturing forth; that I sure hope no ring with a blue stone gets unearthed; that the proximity of the potters field to the prison could carry dark implications for our prison personnel –– and their extracurricular late night activities...

Remember this kid spent a week with his mother's decomposing body. That can't be easy for anyone, much less a child. mizzpatti, presuming for now that I may be right, it's possible that Ray didn't anticipate it would take nearly a whole week before Trisha's body was discovered. Plus, I have a feeling, based on Ray's remark to Crazy Dale that he was in prison when his son was born, he may harbor doubts about Adrian's paternity. And a kernel of doubt could be just the rationalization he relied on when he left Adrian alone there with his dead mother. After all, it would be more difficult to be on the lam with a little child in tow. Maybe Skinner wasn't off the mark in thinking Ray was a coward. And while Ray may question Adrian's paternity, there's no doubt about who his mommy was. Ray may have felt he was ultimately doing the little boy a favor.

Then why is Ray trying like heck to get himself, Linden and Adrian together. Could it be that the will to survive, whether we believe we deserve to or not, is nearly impossible to overcome?

poppy The good thing about the PB is that, most times, you don't have to Quote anyone to Reply. Just type their name before you reply. The person can then figure it out. It would also help to put an @ symbol before their names. The site will notify them of the tag. Quoting is usually only good when they might post a book and you just like a page.

So working off a theory that Ray's not Adrian's biological dad... could he know who his real dad is and that's who he keeps asking to see? They finally all get to the jail and Adrian reveals that Ray is not the dad he keeps asking to see but then sees Henderson! pow! case solved!
