mizpatti, I guess I'm still not totally convinced that Ray didn't kill his wife: I'd think that in light of all of his frantic calls to Linden he would've been much more cooperative when she finally went to see him that last day. Had he ever come out and said unequivocally that he didn't kill Trisha? I wouldn't be surprised if we're left with ambiguous feelings about his guilt in this instance. I think part of the anti-DP meme TK is trying to convey is that Ray wasn't the beneficiary of reasonable doubt, so it would've been better to err on the side of caution and not impose the DP. That, and of course that he suffered cruel and unusual punishment via a sadistic, bullying guard and botched execution.

As that it for the "sadistic, bullying guards"? I would think we'll have to deal with the dead person in Becker front yard, but unless Becker or Henderson are the killer, can't see that road going anywhere else (could Linden prove the guards fooled around with the weight, does it really matter at this point).
I don't know if the quick scene had meaning, or if it took place just to show that he was a sadistic, bullying guard, but did anyone else think there was more to Becker's "look" at Adrian when Linden, Holder and foster-mom begged Becker to allow the child to see Seward after he was told he could see him? There was a moment when Becker and Adrian's eyes met as the two looked at each other through the bars.
Sadistic, or was it in Becker's best interest to keep Ray and Adrian apart?

Thinking back to Episode 3 or 4 when Linden asked Adrian why he wanted to see his father, the child replied "to tell him I forgive him".
With all the coming and goings that night in the Seward apartment, is it possible that Ray saw the killer as well? Adrian said Ray was there, but at what stage? If you're a kid and you just watched someone kill your mom and you then see your dad later, wouldn't you come out of the closet and run to your dad?
Looking at the scene drawing in Trisha Seward's file to see if there was anyway Ray and Adrian could have made eye contact that night? Ray would have put his finger to his lips to indicated sshhhh! don't let him know you're here and then Ray left. Why didn't Ray attack the killer, why didn't Ray go back, etc. etc. etc.
Maybe Adrian just wanted to forgive Ray for not doing anything to help his mom.

that look between Becker & Adrian meant something what i am not sure of Wondered if some else thought there was more to it or it was just a David and Goliath moment. Waiting for that apartment scene to play out. I know IMDb is unreliable, but hoped the woman that we've come to know as Trisha Seward from the photos would show up the cast list. I does however look like Jack's coming home. Should be interesting considering the number of times Linden has had to reflected on her and Jack's relationship this season (with Pastor Mike, Danette Leeds, Ray Seward and Holder get's his little stabs in from time to time).

that look between Becker & Adrian meant something what i am not sure of bc, could it have something to do with the old saying, Like Father Like Son? I wonder if in light of the fact that Becker's son just shot and killed someone and that he may feel guilty/responsible for his son's behavior, he was concerned about Ray's paternal influence on Adrian? I won't be surprised if Becker turns out to be, in some ways, not so bad after all. We've seen it before with Pastor Mike. That's how TK rolls!

Ep. 12 blurb: "Sarah places her life on the line after someone dear to her suddenly goes missing." Jack? Adrian?
