In the process of watching Episode 204 - Head Shots again. Two conversations really stand out.
Between Skinner and Linden right before Mama Dips is questioned in the police department:
None of the "17" have been seen on the videos found at Goldie's apartment.
Linden and police officer after briefing:
Officer: Here are all the screen grabs of the girls in the porn tapes. Sorry it took so long.
Linden: Any matches to our dead girls?
Officer: No.
Pretty much closes the case on Mother and/or Son Dips being the killers.
Between Twitch and P.O. Officer in the P.O. Officer's the car before Twitch is raped.
P.O. Officer: You kids, you're all the same. No sense of responsibility, no sense of decency or how your actions effect those around you.
The P.O. Officer could have raped Twitch without the speech. Something caused the P.O. Officer's little speech about responsibility and decency. The P.O. Officer's rant is along the same lines of what Angie Gower's said the Pied Piper said to her.
Now we have two men that are "preaching" to the street kids.
