First, save the image to your PC Pictures (jpg, png, it doesn't matter). Next, either Create a Thread or Reply to a post. Then, click the Add Attachment button to put a thumbnail image here. This is neat as it preserves the original image instead of needing to trim it to fit here. Word of caution, it must be 1MB size or under to use as an attachment, otherwise it must be added with Insert Image from a imaging website.
