I can't wait to discover what the connotation of "Eminent Domain" turns out to be -- it could imply so many things. A mundane connotation could be that the Feds are being asked to join the investigation. Figuratively, the list of possibilities is long. God I love this show!

Is the promo depicting Seward headed to his execution??? Is this the connotation of Eminent Domain and the state is "confiscating" Ray Seward?
On the IMDB forum, there's been talk about the fact that Peter Sarsgaard's filmography lists him in TK as portraying "Ray Seward/Tom Seward". Are we going to be introduced to an evil and/or identical twin in future episodes?

I think they're just leading him to the Linden meeting.
I don't trust IMDB with anything.

^Believe me Genius, I hear what you're saying about IMDB. And you're probably correct about Ray Seward too -- it seems too soon for his execution. But I think it'll happen eventually, in spite of Linden's doubts about his guilt.

Ray will either be saved at the last minute, or tragically reached just minutes after. My theory is that he proclaims something juicy about Skinner, Becker gets the call to not flip the switch, and he flips it anyway. (Green Mile, anyone?)

The winner of this year's Emmy goes to . . . Peter Sarsgaard!

Pretty much how I see it going down, but since hanging can take a little longer (if the neck doesn't snap), there's always the chance our man Holder runs in and holds Seward up until someone cuts the rope. Then again , I tried to take it back Boss, but it was too late.

Then again. I tried to take it back Boss, but it was too late. Becker has a crew and his Ray-hate is spreading. The crew could easily block any entrances to the hanging box.
